Website and technical data
When you visit the website, the web server processes technical connection data such as your IP address, request time and requested file to deliver content and detect errors. The local test server runs on the operator’s computer.
Contact enquiries
The form sends your name, email address, planned location, role and message to the website server. During local testing, the enquiry is stored only on the test computer. In email mode, the web server passes it to the operator’s contact address using its mail service; no additional form copy is stored. The confirmation explicitly identifies local test submissions.
Retention
Local test enquiries are automatically deleted after 90 days on the next form request. Further correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet legal obligations.
Preferences and external links
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and loads no external fonts. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. External websites such as CreatorConX are only opened when you follow a link and have their own privacy notices.
The contact form uses an essential session cookie to protect against bots and abuse. A random identifier links the request to the opened form. Temporary identifiers derived from network addresses using a keyed hash limit repeated requests. This protection data is removed after one day on the next form request.
